We are looking for Compensation and Benefits Snr Analyst to join our team in Bobcat.

As Compensation and Benefits Snr Analyst, you will play a key role in our community. Are you passionate about shaping fair and competitive reward programs? Do you enjoy working with data and turning insights into impactful decisions? We´re looking for someone who can help us design and manage programs that make a real difference for our employees. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our annual compensation cycles and providing high‑quality insights that support decision‑making across our HR and business teams.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Lead the implementation and administration of annual compensation programs, including Merit, AOP, STI (with accruals), and LTI.
  • Ensure rigorous documentation, data audits, and smooth system preparation throughout all compensation cycles.
  • Review and validate compensation changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and principles.
  • Manage the job code creation process, administrate MRP requests, and coordinate necessary validations and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on compensation, benefits, and key HR metrics for management and HR stakeholders.
  • Deliver monthly personnel cost analyses versus AOP and provide meaningful insights to relevant teams.

What sets you apart:

  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits or HR analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems; Power Query, Power BI and Excel (incl. VBA) are a plus.
  • Fluent in English, other languages 
  • Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential data.
