We are looking for Commercial Solution Coordinator (part-time)

As Commercial Solution Coordinator you´ll play a key role in supporting and enabling the EMEA Commercial team. You will liaise extensively with EMEA finance team and facilitate & lead regular meetings with Credit and AP teams.

 

This position offers a regular employment contract on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

 

We’re lloking for someone who will:

 

  • Facilitate and lead meetings with EMEA Finance Team (credit and AP)
  • Providing meeting summaries including action points to the meeting participants
  • Manage daily orders on credit hold and ensure timely action.
  • Develop business cases for special credit lines and support credit line management for Doosan business units.
  • Support reporting - assist with weekly credit meetings and provide AR team support.
  • Maintain records and reporting for demo unit fleet to ensure accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and dealers, ensuring seamless collaboration and engagement.
  • Resolve issues efficiently with the AR team and other departments.

 

What sets you apart:

 

  • Experience in a multinational working environment
  • Previous collections experience and finance background
  • Good understanding of general business processes (focus on finance)
  • Understanding of basic accounting practices.
  • Experience with modern ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Fluent English, other languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid work setting
