Job Information

Bobcat is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our team with a variety of data entry and administrative tasks during a two-month project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, stays organized, and takes pride in accuracy.

What You'll Do

Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
Review information for accuracy and completeness
Correct data discrepancies and formatting issues as needed
Organize and maintain electronic records
Assist with data cleanup and special projects
Work with team members to ensure information is entered accurately and on time
Follow established processes and confidentiality requirements

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
Strong organizational skills
Reliable attendance throughout the duration of the assignment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience
Experience using SAP is preferred but not required
Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
