What will your role look like?
You will deliver and manage cost planning, estimating and commercial control/management activities including project viability appraisals, cashflow planning and development economics from the early stages of projects, through the full development cycle to delivery and handover.

Strong numerical skills
Adept at using Microsoft Word and Excel packages
Methodical approach to solving queries
Good time management skills
Ability to work on own initiative, but understand level of responsibility within the team
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Ability to interact with a wide range of people
Ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks concurrently
Be highly motivated
You will have Gained or be predicted to achieve a Honours Degree in either Quantity Surveying or Construction Project Management.
