Position Summary:  

Responsible for plant financial policy definition, application and improvement in compliance with Doosan Group general policy

At the plant level:All costing, overhead spend budget setting and analysis, P&L and inventory forecasting, ad hoc analysis, new product development, monthly bill of materials reviews, LRP and AOP responsibilities, along with the annual standard cost setting and analysis.

Role & Responsibility

Reporting: 

• Provide monthly financial P&L and BS statements to the company and to Region, working closely with them to enable them to make accurate decisions

KPI:

• Khalix reporting
• MFG and Material Workbooks

Financial procedures: 

• Develop and maintain thorough financial procedures for the organization
• Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely and in line with legislative requirements

Investments: 

• Review financial profitability of each capital expenditure request • Ensure that Doosan policy is followed in terms of approval

KPI: 

• Capex

Treasury: 

• Review and Ensure day to day cash needs for the plant • Build Quarterly Treasury Forecast

KPI: 

• Cash flow management

Budget: 

• Work on the annual operating plan and quarterly reviews
• Monthly Gap analysis actual vs.budget

KPI:

• AOP and QBR Reviews

Tax & Statutory Accounts: 

• Act as the first point of contact for the auditors, and efficiently communicate with them
• Prepare the draft annual statutory accounts

KPI:

• Annual closing

Costing: 

Review and Validate Annual Standard cost of products

KPI:

• Cost variance

Job Requirement

Education & Qualification: 

Business Administration-University /Finance - University/ Allow Equivalent

Knowledge& Skill: 

• Knowledge of cost accounting and finance
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office and Oracle or comparable ERP system)
• Communication and good team working skills
• English

Experience: 7>10 years

Travel Standard: < 10%

Experience Description:

• 7>10 years experience in Finance, industry international company preferred

Global Breadth: Multi-Country (> One Country)
